Return & Refund Policy

At Kuya J Filipino Market, we take pride in delivering quality Filipino products to your doorstep. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below to understand your rights and how we handle returns.

1. Perishable & Frozen Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on perishable, chilled, or frozen items unless they are:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrectly shipped

  • Expired or otherwise unfit for consumption upon delivery

If any of these apply, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and include clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

2. Non-Perishable Items

You may return non-perishable items (such as packaged pantry goods or household items) within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • If an item was part of a promotion or bundle, only the value of the returned item will be refunded.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit based on the issue.

5. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed or shipped, it is not be possible to cancel.
